Computer won't start up after changing Security & Privacy settings for pop-up

I got a pop-up asking me to allow Sophos permissions via the Security & Privacy settings. When I restarted, I couldn't boot it up. I can't even start the thing in Safe Mode. I've zapped the PRAM. I went into recovery mode, ran Disk First Aid, and no errors were found.

What have you done to my computer????? I am not a happy camper.

Could you please confirm if the version of the Sophos Endpoint installed? Are you using Sophos Home? An error screenshot would be more helpful to troubleshoot this issue further.

I already did a clean install of the operating system. There was no error message ... I couldn't start the computer after allowing Sophos access to my system in the Security & Privacy settings as instructed by the pop-up. I'm using Sophos Home 10.0.2a1

Sophos Home should not cause this. Please continue monitoring and let us know if you're still facing this issue.
