Sophos detected a Mal/RarMal-B and couldn't automatically remove it - how do I get rid of it? I found the file path and trashed the file and emptied the trash - is that enough?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

  • Thanks! I'm running another scan so hopefully everything is okay. I'm using Sophos Home.

Also, is there a way to get detail on issues found? During my previous scan Sophos said it found a few other issues (no files with detections, 6 issues found) but I wasn't able to get details on them (I have my settings set to cleanup and delete if cleanup isn't possible).

    Thanks again!
