Scanning my system causes "errno is 13" on every scanned directory

savscan runs in the invoker's security context, if you're not running the command as root you get errno 13 (permission denied) - not for every directory though

Thank you for your quick answer; if I do it with sudo the result is the same, but without "errno13" - it just says that it cannot open the different directories.

likely not, look at the nn errors were encountered  line near the end - there should be a significant difference (what's the value for nn BTW if you're running it sudo?).. Anyway a common cause are symbolic links pointing to a directory which doesn't exist.
