It would be very useful if you could provide a Guide on how to Scan mails when using an external Provider like G-Mail, Outlook or iCloud.

Maybe providing a video for this could help many XG Home users how to configure this properly.

    Hi Dwayne Parker,

    Sorry for the delayed response on this post, it is not possible to scan emails from the external email provider like G-Mail, Outlook or iCloud. 

    Email from your external provider would be POP3 or IMAP and if you apply canning through XG firewall it will give you an error at the client side. 

    It is not possible without email protection configuration either in MTA or Legacy mode and both requires you to have email server.
