Safeguard disk encryption on MAC OSX

Hi All,

I'm having problem implementing MAC policy from Safeguard management center. Client installation on MAC was successful and it’’’’s syncing to the server but the policy which I applied on safeguard management center not displaying on the client side! any advice? Where to check what I'm doing wrong. I'm also attaching my policy screenshot

Dear customer,

in case of having some issues with the OS X client comunication and policy apply process - please follow the KBA https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/121642.aspx.

One of the most common issues is that the policy was applied to the OS X client - but File Encryption policy must apply per user.
