Safeguard Encryption Problem of Workstation Locked

After installation of sophos safeguard encryption v6.10 on laptop model(Dell Vostro 3360), we are facing an error of "Workstation is Locked".
 
Also we are not able to login to the Safeguard Login screen.(After entering the username, Password and Domain name the "OK" button is greyed out).
 
Since Encryption is not started we are also not able to do the recovery process.

Kindly suggest steps for the same.
