Error after upgrade from SGE 5.60 to SGE 6.10

Was: Windows Server 2008 with SP2 and recent updates, SGE 5.60 Policy Editor

I've downloaded the latest version of SGE 6.10 read upgrade instruction and upgraded Policy Editor. No error was shown during the installation. But when I try to start new SG Policy Editor it shows the following error:

The database you're using does not match the current software version. Please update or migrate the database. The application will close now.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I've tried to upgrade the SQL Server from 2005 express version to 2012 SP1 - but the error remains.

I need help!

Hi Alexlz,
Do you use an SQL database for your Sophos Safeguard Installation?
It sounds like the SQL server hasnt been upgraded. There are two scripts you will need to run to ensure the database is compatible to 6.1. (The first MigrateSGN560_SGN60.sql will upgrade the SQL database to 6.01 the second MigrateSGN60_SGN61.sql will upgrade it to 6.1.

This error has been resolved. The problem was with installator which for some reason could not correctly update the config files. And sop I had to delete them manually. After that the start up of Policy Editor was normal
