SafeGuard Enterprise & Active Directory

hello,

I'm new to this product. I'm trying to hook up the Management Center with our Active Directory.

Once I've put in my credentials (IP to domain controller, network account logon details) I get the following errors:

"Error by creating root elements" > I click OK button

"The search for the entry returned 0. The entry could not be found." > I click OK button

If I right-click within the 'Users & Computers' pane and select Properties I get "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: node"

Anybody seen this before?
