Can safeguard client be installed on a machine which has more checkdisk errors

Hi Team,

We are rolling out safeguard encryption to all the laptops, as part of the project we created inventory script which gathers some information, one of them is check disk errors.

Can sophos safeguard client be installed on a machine which has more chkdsk errors. (Majority of them are Index $ I30)

    Hello Sunil,

    It wouldn't be advisable, if this is your company data that you deem important enough to protect I really wouldn't recommend putting it on a hard drive that you know to have errors. Replace the hard drive with a brand new one and you should be good to go.
