Error During Safeguard installation with Version 8

Question

Registering my Server as SGN Server with button "Make these computer a SGN Server" not working

I'm trying to install it on a windows server 2012 R2.

 The DBAUTH failure you are receiving during the invoke test is most likely due to the Application Pool Identity not being set to an account with READ/WRITE access to your SAFEGUARD database. 
 Please perform the following steps to resolve the DB Auth failure issue: 
 
 Open IIS, view the properties of whichever Application Pool the SGNSRV website is using. Select 'Identity' to confirm the Identity in use. 
 Make sure the above Identity is set to a Domain Account and ensure it is a member of the Domain-based IIS_WPG group. 
 Add this Account as a SQL Logon using Windows Authentication in whichever SQL Instance contains the Safeguard Database. 
 Open the properties of the new SQL Logon Object, assign Server Roles DBCreator & Public and then map it to the Safeguard Database. 
 Using the same Mapping section, highlight Safeguard and at the bottom, select the DB_DataReader, DB_DataWriter, & Public roles. 
 Click OK to save the new settings & restart your IIS Service on the Safeguard IIS Server, which will cycle out the old security nestings. 
 Browse to the SGNSRV Website on the Safeguard IIS Server. Select Check Connection and press the Invoke button to confirm success.
