How uninstall SafeGuard 4.50.2 without login and password?

I from Moldova and i have grandfather in France. Grandfather found notebook Lenovo T410. But hi not know good computer and give me this notebook. I turned it on but see this image 
How uninstall this SafeGuard easy 4.50.2 if i not have password?

    Hi Tolea,

    there is no way to uninstall the SafeGuard Easy 4.x Client if you don't have access to a SafeGuard Easy User account with the appropriate rights. In this case, you might want to re-install the computer (which of course means you can no longer access the data of the machine when the drive is encrypted).

    Before re-installing the computer, you might want to re-write the Master Boot Record (so you don't see the SafeGuard Easy authentication on boot up anylonger): boot the machine using a device (CD or USB drive) that holds a copy of a tool that is able to write a new Master Boot Record (e.g. Fdisk.exe /MBR) and write a new Master Boot Record.

    Next, boot with the Windows installation media and re-install the machine
