Encrypting a CD

I have a few users that can make the key but it does not encrypt the cd..what are they missing? does it have to be an ISO file first?

Good afternoon,
I believe this should be in the SafeGuard forum as encrypting of optical media is not part of Enduser Protection.
Do you have SafeGuard deployed in your environment?
