Inconsistencies in database, cannot run KeyTester tool

I got the error when opening the SG management console that we have inconsistencies in our database.  Sophos sent me a link to the KeyTester tool.  When I try to run it, it bombs.  I get the Windows error Utimaco.SafeGuard.SGNKeyTester has stopped working.  I did a manual AD sync and then deleted the flag in the DB and opened again and got the same errors.  Please help.
