Safeguard migration from Server 2008 r2 standard to Server 2012 r2 datacenter

We are using Sophos policy editor in our environment and it is working fine. Now we want to migrate it to new server so we want step by step documentation includes how can we migrate smoothly.
 
Current environment:
 
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
Sophos safeguard policy Editor: 6.00.1.31
 
New Environment:
 
OS: Windows server 2012 r2 datacenter 
Current environment:

    Many thanks for the query.

    To migrate the Policy Editor to a new server you just need to back up SafeGuard certificates, back up the database, restore the database on the new server, install the Policy Editor on the new server then configure the environment on your new 2012 Server.
