SafeGuard Enterprise 6.00.1 - CP doesnt block anything

Hi guys,

we are running Sophos SafeGuard Enterprise 6.00.1 (Management Center 6.00.1.31) on a Windows Server 2003 x86 R2 Standard (on VMware). We have160 CP & Management Center licenses. We are using 143 of them. We dont have an maintenance contract since 31.12.2013.

Now I have the problem, that our CP on new set up maschines (like Windows 7 SP1 x64 / x86) doesnt block anything. 

Our companypolicy says, that it must block local COM-ports, PCMCIA, FireWire & Printer-Port. For CP we have 2 whitelists for devices and 2 for storages.

They worked fine until two month ago. Now the CP service wont work. It doesnt block the ports from our policy and irgnores new devices in our whitelist. When I upgrade one of the whitelists, they will be sent to the client. The update windows is shown on the client desktop. But nothing else happend.

I searched for solutions in the Sophos knowledgebase but I couldnt find anything about these symptoms. The management console works fine. The database is ok (I checked the database integrity with Sophos tools).

I also made an update of the "raw.defaultagentpolicy" (from 06/2014) --> I signed it from the management center.

Does anyone know anything about my problem or symptoms?
