Testing the Virtual Client retrieval

I was testing the recovery of an encrypted HD using the Virtual Client. I imported the token into the SGN-Tools and launch RecoverKeys. The option to Import by C/R is greyed out and Import from File is greyed out. Not sure how to proceed.

Hey ipssec,

the buttons for import by C/R and by file are greyed out if none of the partitions are encrypted or if you did not select one of the encrypted partitions.

According to Safeguard server and on the client it is Encrypted. I use volume encryption.

Hi ipssec,
the recovery buttons should be enabled as soon as you select an encrypted partition (e.g. D:\).
If you select a partition that is not encrypted, the buttons stay disabled.
