Safeguard 6.10 PC Challenge response

I have a PC that rebooted after an update, the PC now shows Workstation Locked, Perform Challenge/Response to unlock.

Can input user name and Password on 1st screen and click on Recovery, the next screenshow sthe Computer name and Domain as BLANK also the Challenge key is missing and the Challenge time shows 00:00.

Cannot get passed this point. Has anyone had this error before and what is the fix.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Andymck,
could you let us know what you updated (e.g. Windows Update, SafeGuard Client, BIOS, HDD controler Firmware etc... ).
If BIOS, did the update revert the time to the defaults?
