Unable to launch SafeGuard Management Center

Hi All

Need help desperately as I am unable to launch SafeGuard Management Center.

OS: Windows 2008 R2 SP1

SafeGuard Version: 6.10.0.374

Symptom: Management Center Splash Screen came up and disappear in 2 seconds.

I have tried the following:

1. Run Management Center in different compatibility mode.

2. Run as administrator, eventhough I am the local admin & domain admin.

3. Checked all SafeGuard services are running. (SafeGuard Log Service, SafeGuard Schedule Service, SafeGuard System Event Manager, SafeGuard Transport Service)

4. Disble SEP Client.

5. Reboot server.

6. Repair Management Center in Program and Features.

7. No error log in Event Viewer.

8. Checked SQL Express Service is running.

9. Disble Windows Firewall.

Is there anything I could do to bring my service back online.
