Not able to install the second package (Sophos client)

Hello,

I installed first the preinstall package then by trying to install the second package, I get the following error:

please uninstall the sophos safeguard client configuration module first

I cannot find the configuartion module to uninstall it even in the registry and also I could not find the folder Utimaco to delete it, and I am not able to continue with the installation.

Lot of computers HP Probook 6470b are having the same issue and the project is stopped because of this issue and no one can help me in this case.

Can I find a solution?
