I have just tried installing Safegaurd 6.1 on the Windows 10 developer evaluation. Unsurprisingly as it uses Bitlocker to encrypt the installation process was exactly the same as installing on Windows 8.
After a bit of testing I can confirm:
Synchronisation works
Policy deployment works
Bitlocker recovery works (and still prompts if you miss enter a section of the key)
Still as fast as it was before.
Reporting works.
File share works.
Data Exchange works.
The only thing that doesnt appear to work is how the operating system appears in Safeguard Management Center:
Its also worth mentioning that Windows 10 probably isn't officially supported by Sophos yet.
Will play around a bit more with this and let you know what I find. If anyone wants me to check something let me know.
