Question about Volume Encryption and Fileshare

Hello,

I am implementing SG Enterprise. I have successfully implemented volume based encryption and it is functioning great.

My question is, how does fileshare encryption work in along with volume encryption since it would seeming need to be a file based encryption?  How do I go about initially encrypting the group/individual user fileshares?
