POA Issues after moving to another OU

Hello,

When we make a fresh image on our laptops they are automatically added to a specific OU via a script. We run the encryption process and allow this to finish installing. We then move the computer into the correct OU and at this point POA stops authentication. We can not login past POA with any account not even the system account. If we move any laptop from one OU to another OU we can no longer login past POA? Has anyone found a workaround for this issue?
