Safeguard Easy 6.1 and HP Zbook 17 only works with disabled hybrid-graphic

hello,

we have got a new notebook model HP Zbook 17 with intel chipset qm87 and a nvidia graphic card.

when the hybrid-graphic ist activated sophos safeguard won't boot. it only

works with the disabled hybrid-gaphic. after the encryption i can't activate the

hybrid-graphic.

i have read that this problem is solve in the version 6.1 but we use this version.

have anyone a solution for me?

    Hi,

    there is a hotfix available (can be requested from support) that can be used for fresh installations of SGN/SGE 6.10 (it is not possible to fix already installed clients).

    The issue is also planned to be addressed in version 7.0.

    As a workaround it is also possible to leave the lid of the notebook open during boot as the issue only occurs with closed lid.
