SGN - taskbar icons multiplying rabidly

Hello,

I wonder if anyone has seen something like this before? Fresh installation of Windows 7 and SGN 6.00.1 has given us this kind of problem

The Sophos icon in the taksbar is multiplying itself. Now when if we mouse-over the icons they ALL dissappear.

We have found that performing a repair installation from Windows7: Programs and features fixes this.

Still puzzled at what might be the cause?

Hi Outotec,
I haven't seen this before with SafeGuard Enterprise 6.00.1 - glad you were able to resolve the issue.
If you encounter this behavior on more then one client, I'd suggest to raise a ticket with Sophos Support.
When opening a ticket, make sure to send in the Sophos Diagnostic Utility (SDU) logs as per KBA http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/33533.aspx

Thank you I will gather the data when next PC with this issue is available. We have had this on multiple computers so far with the latest issue appearing 1 month after and an update from 5.60. to 6.0.1
