Error creating new certificates upgrade to 6.10 (IMPORTANT)

Hi,

I have upgraded backend from 6.00.1 to 6.10.0.372 and we have a problem to create new certificates for users (manual or automatic). SGN does not create the user certificate.

 That affects when the user change domain passwords, they have trouble getting into the encrypted devices.

For example, if I want to promote a Security Officer, the error:
