Sophos Safeguard File Encryption

Hi,

My File was encrypted using File share encryption. I would like to send in Lotus email client. My porpursed is when the file is send to email it will encrypted always but not is my expected. The File was decrypted when I send it to email.

How we could do to send a file without decryption.

    Hello,

    Ok after I  ignored the application ( exemple Lotus Notes). how can the recipient decrypt it:

    I tried to ignore LotusNote aand then the fil sent is encrypted but how to decrypt it?

    I am sending the file to a recipeint without SGN installed. In othe way how can the recipient decrypt the file?

    Is there a way to send the certificate used to encrypt the file?

    It is confusing at this point.
