Encrypting specific folders

Good afternoon.

How do i go about encrypting at the folder level?

We don't want to encrypt the entire volume and i can't see where in the policies to configure it.

    Hello,

    One more thing: How can I prevent any encrypted files from being decrypted while moving it?

    If I have a file encrypted in my document and I move it to c drive it is automatically decrypted. How can I avoid that?
