We just started using the 5.50 version of Safeguard Easy and I have found that I cannot log in to the POA screen with any MS domain accounts other than the one that was used to install the software. All other give the message "User is not known on this machine". Also - the policy editor has the options to add domains or import from active directory disabled. Any help would be appreciated.
