File Encryption choose Key

Hello,

I am testing a policy for File Encryption. I specified my document and the encryption key is my personal key.

What is not clear is when I try to encrypt a file in my document it only iuse my personal key. How can I encrypt with a local key. Like I have a choice to choose which key i need to use?

Also when I sent the encrypted file to another pc that does not have SGN installed, how can I decrypt the file?
