get SGM401: Invalid Kernel

Hello,

I have a drive that was slaved to another system to be decrypted due to the other tools suggested by support did not work. Now when I boot up the systemt that the drive belonged to we receive the following error: SGM401: Invalid Kernel. Do I just wipe the drive and start over or can it be saved with the contents still intact?

Thank you,

Lenny
