Safeguard Enterprise 7.0 - demo licenses - how to find out, who is using it

Moin moin,

  • Hello Melchor,

To identify what devices have the module installed, please visit this KB article and run report #3 against your Safeguard SQL database using SQL Management Studio.

    community.sophos.com/.../109925

That will list each device that has modules installed. You can then remove it by going to control panel, programs and features, select the safeguard client, click change, and deselect the module.

  • Hi,

I´ve tried the script, which should show me, which is the only client with File Encryption, but the query gives no output.

In my licenses is 1 File Encryption listed which is expired.

Since I´ve updated to Version 8, the SGN Server says, that my license is exceeded and no policy are distributed anymore.

I need to find out, why or which client is using or was using the File Encryption.

    kind regards

    Marcus
