Recovery Key "Failed to unlock with this recovery key"

Hi, 
 I would like to seek assistance. i have key in recovery key after my PC requesting bitlocker recovery key. however, after i key in the number, i received an error ""]Failed to unlock with this recovery key". But the key number is i retrive from Sophos Central. Anyone can assist on this issue?

Thank you for reaching the community forum. Aside from the above steps that you've done, have you tried slaving the drive on a different device and then unlocking the drive? If not? You can try the said option by following the steps stated in this KB article.
