O365 Single Sign On and Bitlocker

Hi,

We have O365 with Single Sign On enabled, but when changing our password we get one prompt for Microsoft which is what we expect and we then don't have to login to all other O365 apps, however we keep getting the Windows credential one which has the cog, presume Bitlocker doesn't support the SSO for O365?

  • No, sadly it doesn't. Unless it's explicitly on the list of supported Credential Providers it'll not work - SafeGuard always wants you to log in with the Sophos cog for it's own transparency. Obviously SSG has now a declared EOL so unlikely this integration will ever happen. It might be worth considering binding these PC's to AAD and then managing/controlling the encryption policy through Intune or using a Sophos Central to manage your estate.
