Select this, and then find your user and deselect the Helpdesk role.&nbsp;</p> <p><img src="/resized-image/__size/640x480/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/6/pastedimage1610715716425v1.png" alt=" " /></p> <p></p> <p>You could also prevent the user having access to the particular domain too - This is under Users and Computers. Select the root of the domain and select the Access tab.
