Worth trying to see if there's any firmware updates for the device too Paresh. Best to try and use the latest client too if possible - I believe it's 8.30.0.76. We run that here on MOST devices of which many are 20H2 and now reported issues of BSOD. Cheers

There are no such issues reported with the Windows 10 feature release version 2009 a.k.a. 20H2 which is now officially supported. Please check this link for more information.
