&lt;p&gt;1 - I would confirm what SSG version are you running on the Mac.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 - What Mac OS version is it?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 - Is the drive actually encrypted (does FileVault report it&amp;#39;s turned on)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 - What does the SSG Mac client report the drive is?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5 - If it IS encrypted - was it by any chance encrypted BEFORE SSG was installed - If so you&amp;#39;ll need to import the key into SSG&lt;/p&gt;
