When using the SafeGuard Enterprise Helpdesk to get a recovery key, a security officer can't see the option for domain or workgroup it's greyed out.
If they can't see the domain they need to be assigned to it in the Management Center. Go to the Domain in the MC and add that HelpDesk admin to the node's access.
