  • Hi Paresh - You only need to ask questions once, you seem to be asking twice and marking your own question as an answer?

It's an internal reference for Sophos - Just a way for them to log each fault/fix with a unique name. It's like logging a helpdesk ticket and getting a ticket number.

The number/reference will allow them to track this effectively.

FEE - Will probably be File Encryption Engine, SG will probably indicate SafeGuard, N possibly network?

I would guess DP as DataProtection?

But in essence-  Just a reference code, so could be anything random?
