Increase the search range.

Question

Hi All, 
 I would like to increase the search date range in Sophos ES100. Currently only one month data displaying in email appliance. Where i can change this? We are using the product Sophos ES100 Physical Appliance.

Hello, 
 The Email Appliance only holds one months worth of mail logs and quarantined messages. This is hardcoded and cannot be adjusted. 
 If you want longer log retention times, you can output the logs to a syslog server "Configuration -> System -> Alerts & Monitoring -> Syslog", or do a scheduled ftp backup "Configuration -> System -> Backup" for archiving purposes.
