Download Block List(s)

Is there a means by which we can download the block lists in our Sophos Email Appliance (v 3.8.1.2)? :58029

Our apologies for the late the response. 
 
The Allow/Block list cannot be download through the Sophos Email Applaince web interface. You will need to submit a request to support@sophos.com requesting that information as the file that has all your blocked Hosts and Senders entries can only be accessed through the back-end of the appliance.
