week ago trying to understand the packet drop problems
not even understand what does no gatway in gatway id
could some one give suggestion

The provided packet capture is for Port 53 UDP for DNS request and when there is an incoming packet from the user system the packet capture will not show any gateway ID because as per the architecture when the packet sent out from the WAN IP/Interface the Gateway ID will mark. You can see that the forwarded packet has gateway ID marked. This is the behavior of the Cyberoam OS.
