Login credentials after upgrade from CybroamOS to Sophos

Good day,

I upgraded my Cyberoam appliance CR100iNG to SFOS. After the appliance rebooted, i cant login. It's only accessesible using the default IP 172.16.16.16:4444, my login details are not working nor the default user name and pwd for SFOS. The upgrade guide says after upgrade i should have been able to access it with the configs that it had. What can i do to login?

Request you try the default "admin" user password to access the device, for more investigation and analysis, we request you to contact our technical support and raise the service request to get further troubleshooting on the device.
