Cyberoam reports are not showing

Question

Hi everyone, we are using Cyberoam UTM, model: CR200iNG-XP, FW: 10.6.3 MR-2. 
 Being busy with ongoing projects, no one was looking at the reports. 
 Today I've discovered that the reports are not showing anymore, I've checked firewall rule logging settings and appliance reports settings from GUI and CLS. 
 Everything looks fine to me. note that it happens on two different appliances.

Hi, 
 Verify if On-appliance reporting is ON, you can refer to, Check Cyberoam&rsquo;s On-Appliance Reporting status . If it is turned OFF, execute the following command, 
 set on-appliance-reports on 
 It could also be an issue related to disk usage, execute the following command and check the usage of report partition: 
 cyberoam diagnostics show disk 
 If the report partition is full or the watermark value threshold is reached, flush the reports. Refer to, Check Cyberoam&rsquo;s On-Appliance Reporting status .
