Unable to Change my name and that's impact on my Sophos certificate name also!

Dear Concern, Greetings. I've tried many ways to edit my name and username but I am unable to edit my name. And thus in my Sophos certificate same naming problem arise. Hope to have specific and perfect solutions on this matter. RIYAD AMIN
