Ideas for new discussion groups

Hi,

before it starts to get chaotic i think someone should create some groups or subgroups like:

[Product ] - Installation and usage issues

or

[Product] - Need help...

In here you should make a sticky post with some basic details people should provide in order to get help (OS/Product/Error message etc...)...

    Thanks for the "P", I was wondering about that. Is there a straightforward way for a partner to get it? I tried to use my login from the Sophos Partner Portal but it wouldn't work so I had to create a separate one, and then of course I wasn't listed as a partner.

    I vote for making the forum partners-only. That way, we can be more open, knowing that our discussion won't be there in the open for customers or competition to enjoy. Then again, it needs to be easy for partners to identify themselves as such.
