I came to your web site to download a whitepaper that I had been notified about through an email. To download I had to enter all of my information into your form. There were other interesting whitepapers that I found and wanted to download. For each of them I had to reenter all oof my information again. So I registered on your site thinking that I would not have to enter all of my information for each download if I logged in. Even after logging in I still have to enter all of the same information for each download.
Sorry, but this seems like a pretty silly, and aggravating, way of having your site set up. You are inviting people to visit your site to learn about your products and your expertise, and then you throw this continuing bottleneck in the way of easy intereaction.
