You can <a href="https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000036125?language=en_US#Registry">manually disable the Tamper Protection</a>. However, you would need to be the Admin of the device to perform the steps.</p> <p>Would you be able to at least acquire local admin access on this device? Once the Tamper Protection has been turned off, you may use the <a href="https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000038989?language=en_US">SophosZap </a>tool to completely remove the Endpoint agent.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
