Please use the following URL https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/ip-address-lookup, to find out if Sophos Labs is marking it as SPAM, if so, follow the simple process to submit your IP. It might take between 24-72 hours for a change to be made.

If after 5 business days, the IP is still blocked, let us know.
