Using OVPN File in Sophos Connect Client

Question

Hello all, 
 For a project we need to connect to a system via VPN. We have been provided with an OVPN file which we want to include in our Sophos Connect client. 
 Unfortunately the VPN uses certificate based authentication so we don't have a username for the Sophos Connect client, only a password. 
 Does anyone know if it is possible to connect through the Sophos Connect client without a username? So somehow teach the client that it doesn't need a username?

 Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community. 
 Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue? 
 Unfortunately, this isn&rsquo;t possible. This would be a Feature Request. 
 For the Feature requests, I would recommend you to reach out to your Account Manager, Sales Engineer or Sales Representative so that they can enter this request into our system. 
 Additionally, you can use the in-product feedback in the Sophos Firewall located in the Top Menu Bar
