    Can we inquire which Account? Community Account or Sophos ID.

    Kindly note that as your Sophos ID and Sophos Community accounts are associated, if you choose to keep your Sophos ID account, navigating/signing in on the community may re-generate your Community account. 

    If you wish to delete both the community account and your Sophos ID, you’ll also need to open a ticket with our Customer Care team.
